On the positives side micro topping adds a hygienic aspect to your surface. With topping resurfacing there are no allergy problems with this coating and very easy to keep hygienically clean.
Another key point Micro Topping is ideal for repairing rain damaged floors, unwanted tiling can be re-coated to look like a totally new design with a new colour to freshen up a new Look atmosphere etc. Graycon Topping is extremely fine cement based trowel-able topping for a smooth thin set finish. As a result this product won't impact on your floor levels or transitions from room to room. Therefore it doesn't create a 10-12mm step unlike the floor tiling process or snap in floor boards can do.
Uses
As a thin set coloured overlay for concrete, masonry and fibrous cement surfaces. The topping comes as a grey cement and a white cement base. By adding colour packs, to either base, the Micro Topping is excellent for colouring existing floors in residential and light commercial applications.
Should always be sealed unless used as an underlayment floor leveler.
Important to realise this product is excellent for skimming floors before chemical staining, especially when using light colours on a white base.
