We arrived to a worn slab with cracks, fractures, chips and oil stains. We started by grinding back the surface and removing the oil stains so we could see the other imperfections clearly. We then filled in all cracks, chipping & fractures then ground back again flushing the floor nice and flat.
We filled all construction expansion joints in and recut straight and crisp lines and carved the inserts for the car hoist LED lighting. After that we then cleaned back the floor again before densifying the substrate and applied the Peter Fell C2 flooring protection system and finished with a water repel and a good glossy burnish for an easy care, solid floor.
