When we arrived at the job, the substrate was very cracked, broken and worn from forklifts and many years of fruit production.
Right away we ground substrate right back and ground back uneven surfaces in some areas. We repaired the cracks and fractures using our 2 pack epoxy stitch system and filled low surface areas up to level, filled the construction expansion joints and recut deep cuts to ensure they worked as they should and gave them a brand new crisp edge.
We reground the substrate again to ensure a flat surface. And then applied a specifically designed resin primer coat, followed by 2 more specified top coats with cast in alox non-slip and finished with all joints filled with fresh MS joint sealer leaving the pack house with a brand new looking tough and durable floor.
